1. Delivery Policy:
We offer delivery to your chosen location, ensuring your order arrives fresh and ready to enjoy. Delivery costs are calculated based on the distance from our kitchen in Hemel Hempstead. When placing your order, please provide your precise delivery address and preferred delivery time. We will confirm the estimated delivery time once your order is processed. We currently deliver to Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Chesham, St Albans, and North Watford. If you are located outside these areas, please contact us to check availability and delivery charges.
Collection If you prefer to collect your order from our location, please contact us in advance to arrange a suitable time. Upon arrival, kindly inform us so we can ensure a smooth handover of your order.
2. Dietary & Allergen Policy

As all our food is freshly prepared to order, we are unable to offer refunds for dietary-related concerns or personal preferences. We kindly ask that you double-check all ingredients and delivery details before placing your order to ensure it meets your needs.
4. Event Services & Payment Policy
For our Event Catering & Table Styling Services, we require a 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure your event. The remaining balance must be paid in full one day before the event.
If you need to make changes to your order or event details, please inform us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate adjustments, but changes close to the event date may not always be possible.
